Q. How do I know it's working?
A. Clean an area where limescale is visible, if it ever reappears the system isn't working.
Q. How long will it take for the limescale to disappear?
A. It can take several months - dependent on the amount of limescale build up, but improvements will be noticed almost immediately - see Benefits When?
Q. My showerhead & taps have to be cleaned on a regular basis, can you cure the problem?
A. Yes - with Scale Manager 2 installed you will never need to clean the showerhead again. It will be scale free.
Q. My water runs slowly, could Scale Manager 2 assist?

Q. Does Scale Manager 2 affect my drinking water?
A. No - The Scale Manager 2 effect does not alter the taste or chemical composition, and therefore retains the health benefits of drinking hard water.
Q. I have a Combination Boiler. Will Scale Manager 2 be compatible?
A. Combination Boilers are particularly susceptible to limescale. Scale Manager 2 would certainly be compatible, and would enhance the performance considerably.
