Q. I like the product, but I have never heard of Waltham Electronics, how do I know they are a credible company.
A. The company's credibility has been checked, and is regularly updated by the Fair Trades Advisory Bureau.
Q. What voltage does Scale Manager 2 operate on.
A. 15 volts AC, to ensure safety.
Q. Should Scale Manager 2 be easily visible?
A. Ideally - it is advisable to check from time to time that the Bar Graph LEDs are cycling correctly.
Q. I have 2 water inlets, what do I do?
A. You will require 2 units to cover the whole house
Q. I know I have the problem, what happens if I do not purchase a water descaler?
