Performance Guarantee

Should Scale Manager 2 not comply with our claims 2 months after installation, please contact your authorised supplier. If the fault cannot be corrected the authorised supplier will refund the purchase price in full.

Product Guarantee

Scale Manager 2 also carries a LifeTime no quibble guarantee against component failure or manufacturing defects. In the event of a breakdown, return the unit to the supplier for repair or replacement. This guarantee applies for the life of the purchaser.

The transformer is guaranteed against component failure or manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months.

We are of course fully insured. However we will not be responsible for any consequential damage, in particular damage caused by limescale or the removal of limescale.

General

CE Approval:- Scale Manager 2 has also gained approval to industrial specification, which is a higher standard than required for the domestic market. This ensures Scale Manager 2 has met all the European safety standards. It will not interfere, or impede in any way the normal operation of any other electrical device, and is not susceptible to any external emissions.

These guarantees are in addition to, and do not affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchase

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations Policy

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 14 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 14 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
